• When do your drops go live?

We have weekly drops every Friday at 2pm!

• Can I reserve/buy an item before the drop goes live?

Unfortunately we don't allow reservations here at Sorcerer's Hat Social Club. We believe having weekly drops at the same time provides the fairest way for everyone to have a chance of buying.

• Are all your items vintage?

No, not every item is vintage. We stock items from all periods of Disney history. All vintage items will be clearly labelled.

• How old is vintage?

Vintage is typically classified as any items that is 20 years old or older.

• How do I know the quality of the item?

As all our items are vintage/preloved, some may show signs of wear. We take transparency seriously so any noticeable details are listed in the item description/photographed. We wash, iron and fold our items ready for their new homes. If you have any questions about the quality of an item, feel free to get in contact!
